Support & Claims
The part that matters most
Buying is easy. Claiming, servicing and fixing things is where you find out whether you have an advisor or just a policy.
- A named owner One person handles your case end to end, rather than a ticket queue.
- Answered in a day Acknowledged within one working day — usually within the hour.
- We do the paperwork The file is prepared and submitted by us, not left with you.
- Escalated if it stalls When the insurer sits on it, we push — and tell you we are pushing.
Claim processes by product
Health & hospitalisation claims
Cashless where the hospital is in network, reimbursement where it is not. Intimation comes first either way.
Motor claims
Do not move the vehicle or authorise repairs before the surveyor has seen it.
Life insurance claims
The nominee initiates the claim. Complete documentation and an accurate original proposal matter more than anything else.
Asked most often
Do you charge for advice?
No. We are remunerated by the insurers, lenders and asset managers whose products we distribute. You pay the same premium or charge you would pay going direct — the difference is that you get advice, and someone to call at claim time.
Do I have to buy through you?
No. Plenty of first conversations end with us telling someone their existing cover is fine. If we cannot improve on what you have, we will say so.
What happens to my data?
It goes to our advisory team and to the insurer or lender you choose to proceed with. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to lead aggregators. The full position is in our Privacy Policy.
How quickly will someone call me back?
Within one working hour for enquiries submitted during business hours, and first thing the next working day otherwise.
Will you help with a claim on a policy I did not buy from you?
Yes. We handle claims support regardless of where the policy was bought. It is the part of this job that matters most.
What should I do first when something happens?
Tell the insurer or hospital, then tell us. Early intimation matters — several policies require notification within a fixed window, and a late intimation gives the insurer grounds to question the claim.
Something already gone wrong?
Call the desk rather than the insurer. We know which document unblocks which stage, and we chase it for you.
